• Local anesthetics

I just received a pacemaker, and beforehand gave the surgical team a list of anesthetics myasthenia gravis patients are allergic to. The surgeon decided to administer “Just a Little”, and later in the procedure injected more. The result was a collapsed lung, and while I was gasping for breath he punctured the lung.
The info I had said a ventilator must be present before using the drug, but he didn’t bother to check it out.
I am wondering if there are any safe anesthetics?
