Sick for 10 years.  Too many doctor visits.  Finally diagnosed via SFEMG.  I am seronegative.  Now have a wonderful neurologist and my condition is finally named.  Possibly have mitochondrial condition along with.  Awaiting insurance approval for IVIG and on Mestinon (max).
