Diagnosed with MG in 1965. Had a Thymectomy in 1965 at Mayo Clinic. I had some improvement after my surgery. Continued on Mestinon and some restrictions in my life. Did rather well in my 50’s and 60’s. I’m now almost 75 and Im in an exacerbation period with MG. I had have always been on prednisone for other autoimmune disease. I now take 60mg of Mestinon 4 times a day and 40 mg of prednisone. I worry about my protection from covid. I have had 2 does of the Phizer vaccine. Thanks for all of the information.
