Diagnosed with MG crisis 11/18/20 after Botox injection. Also malignant thymoma removed 12/7/20. In hospital 86 days on ventilator 2 months also had a trach. Had 2 rounds IVIG, 1 before surgery and 1 after, had 2 rounds plasmapheresis, 1 / 3 day treatment before surgery 1 / 5 day treatment after surgery, had several Rituximab treatments, had bad allergic reaction to 1st treatment, 25 sessions of radiation. I’m currently on 20mg prednisone, 60 mg mestinon 3 times a day, 180 mg time release mestinon at bedtime, just started CellCept and stopped Rituximab treatments.
