I developed double vision in February and was diagnosed with MG by my clinical ophthalmologist Dr. Aaron Judd in Late March. He prescribed Pyridostigmine 60 mg regular tablet. I was on that for a few months, and it did not seem to last so my neurologist Dr. Donald McCarren changed the dosage to 180 mg ER tablet and it is much better.
