I was an RN for 47 years, retired then developed symptoms of ocular MG in 2020. I was diagnosed by a neuro ophthalmologist, started on Mestinon then referred to a neurologist. Could not take prednisone due to previous incidence of GI bleed so my only option was Mestinon and IVIG. Right now I only have symptoms when I get tired.
