Have MG for about 5 years now and twitching and cramps are the most idiot things . I lowered the Mestion tablets and till now it helps, but if climat is getting colder, the cramps  will return. I hate twitching if driving a car. I use Inhibin against the nightly cramps. I do 3 tablets before going to bed and normally it will help, even during the day, but every beginning of the week, I have to do double portions for a day of two and sometimes, even triple portions, so the cramps all over my body will stay away.
