I have general mg and ACH POSITIVE. I have try every oral med and ivig. I’ve had MG for 8 years now. And finally receiving a new sub- q infusion, which came out 9-2023. I’m feeling much better, considering I couldn’t go up steps. I’m been on mestinton for 8 years. 120 mg 4x a day. I have leg cramps occasionally,but there bad when I have them. I also have a moderate amount of shaking in my hands.  I’m thinking of cutting back some, to see how I react.. Like everyone, you learn what your body can and can’t do. Keep advocating for yourself, so your doctor gets it. I’m lucky, my doctor has been good, he does listen very well. 🙏🙏
