Dx’d at age of 69 ( last year). started with double vision which indicated the MG which was confirmed. I have been under Neurologist care since Aug 2020. started with pred. and pyridostigmine. Then added Azathioprine in Nov and then Ivig in Feb. have done well and now only on the ivig and aza, down to 10 mg of pred every other day. my current issues are primarily joint and muscle aches, primarily in wrist and hands . this may be due to tapering of prednisone.
