I was diagnosed in April of 2022 after going to the emergency room thinking I was having a stroke do to chewing and talking problems. Went to a neurologist who confirmed the diagnosis and gave me a subscription for Mestinon . I have been very fortunate since the medicine has helped. My symptoms have subsided and I felt maybe I was misdiagnosed but then after a strenuous day chasing my grandkids I felt that weird feeling again.
