Weight loss? I lost 60lb, not trying to, and now lost another 15lb. I was 226lb, not anymore. I just could not eat! Anyone else?

I no longer feel hunger so have set firm timelines to make sure I’m eating properly after losing a good deal of weight, this and planning daily menus when I shop for food has helped maintain this new weight. I also weigh weekly to keep myself on track to maintain my new weight. I was too heavy when I was diagnosed in 2009. Find what will work for you as this has worked well for me! Good luck 🍀
