diagnosed with mg 2013 very mild symptoms (drooping eye, blurred vision, bit of vertigo) prescribed mestinon and near immediate remission until 2019.  Same symptoms, same treatment, same results.  May 2022 started having real symptoms, everything before but also swallowing, speech and neck shoulder weakness.  ICU with crisis, received IVIG with little improvment.  Back in ICU with crisis in July, received PLEX with great return to baseline results but they faded to the point I could not swallow my meds so back to ER, hospital admission, 2nd round of PLEX with same positive baseline results.  I am scheduled for 4-6 weeks outpatient PLEX once a week and then the plan is to switch me to IV Vyvigart.  I am concerned seeing so little difference in results between patients getting Vyvigart and the placebo group.  At this point I would be more than satisfied to acheive stable results from some treatment that would keep me out of the hospital and able to maintain semi-normal lifestlyle.
