Normally healthy.diagnosed March 2023. Tackling from both eastern and western med perspective.  Have more questions than answers. Convinced there is a cure! Meds and eastern path have in remission the symptoms of swallowing, speech, eye droop, and neck droop. Reduced is heavy throat mucus and excess salivation.  Left with high anxiety, fatigue, muscle weakness, burning eyes, some mg crisis at nite re breathing stops periodically. Stress is not my friend nor any other high emotion.

Now on reduced prednisone ( from 40mg to 20).  Tried higher but too many side effects and lower brings back head area symptoms.  now on reduced pyridostigmine( from 600mg to 330mg).  Eastern treatments include acupuncture, cupping, variety of other herbal supplements and other supplements.

I sleep approx 9-10hrs/ night, nap 3-4 hrs in afternoon. Now starting physical therapy regularly slowly.

I feel after 4months I have stalled or plateaued and am searching for right path from here. Depression is always present , but, support group is strong and pulls me out.

reading about others pain and lifestyle changes with mg saddens me greatly over so many years of continued symptoms and side effects. I am blessed so far and hope to find a path out.  Seems each path is so individualized that I am encouraged by my eastern and western med mixing.
vyvgart? Rystiggo? Other?  Out of answers from neuro doc and self experimenting with drug dosages and supplements for side effects.
Self advocating is educated guesswork at best but it’s where I’m at now.

looking to this forum for helpful options and to share what I learn along the way to help others. A cure is out there or just around the corner.
