Just diagnosed in April 2022. Had Sjogrens, Lupus, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, psoriasis, Reynauds, Antiphospholipid syndrome before I got MG. Started falling out of my bed and off my toilet for no apparent reason then woke up one morning and had ptosis and double vision and was extremely weak and tired. Finally got my Rheumatologist’s NP to order labs for MG and they came back positive for gMG.
