I was diagnosed with MG in 2018. It started out with drooping eyes and quickly started seeing double (one on top of the other). I quickly stopped driving and had my wife drive for the next 2 months when I was put on Mestinon and Prednizone. I am currently on Mestinon SR 180 mg/day and 18 mg of Predizone a day. My Doctor tried to lower the Predizone twice but after getting down to 16mg I started having problems again, so I am back up to 18. I get a lot of cramping when I do a little work and severe cramping in my hands and legs. I also find the eye always twitching and get worst for maybe 30 seconds if I sneeze. Such is life and my Doctor will try to do something again next spring.
