Diaognosed with MR after the blood test.  Started on Mestinon, 60 mg reduced speech and swallowing problems for 2 weeks,  then experienced droopy eyelids.  Dr.  Added Prednisone 60 mg and Azathiprine 60 mg.  Two days ago, added extended release mestinon for over night.  Approx 3 weeks into treatment, no  real progress yet to date.
