I know pills do not work and I have tried tri-mix injections and they do no work very well either. The tri-mix injections are almost impossible to give myself (which is how you have to do it) due to my unstable hands from my MG. I started developing ED late in life (after 76 years of age). I was scheduled to start Vyvgart infusions this week and was then advised that I was accepted in a new clinical trial (Cartesian-08) that was starting next week. I had my Moderna booster (3rd shot) 3 days ago and only experienced a slightly sore arm at the injection site. I am 81 and am on Prednisone and Mestinon for generalized MG. he first and second Moderna shots were excatly the same.

Thanks for your kind response. It sounds like you are saying that taking both Prednisone and Mestinon is a bad idea and is causing my muscle weakness. That is news to me and would love more input regarding that issue from your are anyone on the blog.

I received 4 IVIG treatments last 11/20, 12/20, 01/21 and 02/21. All went perfectly and I had no side effects. Also, I could see on good effect either, so I discontinued them after 4 months. The treatments were done at my home with a visiting IVIG nurse. All of them took 2 days to complete at about 5 hours/day. The reason I quit doing them…[Read more]
