I was diagnosed with gMG in Nov 18, was treated over 21 months with Prednisone, Pyridostigmine first, then liquid Mestinon, plasmapheresis, five series,  IVIG one series, Soliris for 10 months, nothing worked, the first Plasmapheresis worked for two weeks with stopping double vision, then it went back, and nothing else.  So, I requested the doctor to switch me to Rituximab, as I was refractory with all the failed treatments and length of time doing so.  The two 6 1/2 hour in-fusinons worked, within two weeks of the second infusion vision went back to normal and since then, approx six weeks now fatigue is leaving slowly, but I am feeling better, but very slowly, and I am SO THANKFUL to GOD First, for that.  So, a day at a time as it has been from the beginning, trust and obey the LORD, HE will see you through this.  Anybody helpme if ou have experienced this tye of recovery and what your experience has been with Rituxmab would be appreciated.  LORD BLESS you all.  We’re in this together.  Fred
