I am a retired 69 year old, who was diagnosed one (1) month ago, and I am on Mestinon, 60mg, 3x/day. I have been experiencing side effects, such as, abdominal pain, diarrhea, muscle cramps and twitching. The abdominal issues have let-up somewhat, but the muscle issues continue.  I do see a Neurologist who is a MG specialist.
