I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis in 2012. I have been on Mestinon and have not had any flare ups. I do have issues with my swallowing and speech, especially when I become fatigued. I do a lot of yard work and gardening. So, I do need to be careful about the hot weather. I cannot tolerate very cold temperatures.
