Diagnosed Fall of 2022. January 2023 began Prydisgistimine 4 hour dose (no quality of life with it) prednisone added. January was a combination of issues, Syncope, diabetes raised its head and March Syncope stopped after Pacemaker. Swallowing liquid is an issue but not due to oMG. Starting IVG and Cellcept 500 mg soon it’s now December 16, 2023. Oh 40 years of AIDs 1983
