it took 9 years to diagnose my husband with MG.  He did not test positive for the antibody but tested positive on the EMG.   Through the years he has tried every imaginable medicine including Plasmapherisis, IViG and most recently Chemo with no success.

He is on his first infusion of Vyvgart.    Has anyone tried Vyvgart and had success being seronegative?   Also, he has multiple health conditions including Lupus, restrictive lung disease, Small Fiber Neuropathy, Autonomic Neuropathy among many others.   Has there been anyone on Vyvgart with multiple diseases?  The clinical study they conducted last year appears they only used participants with MG only.
