Short Bio

Diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis and Lower Motor Neuropathy in 2000. Had my case wrote up in the medical journal due to the rarity at the time and took quite a few years of trial and error to figure out how to treat it. After many years of tests my Neurologists Dr. Chris White finally got things figured out with Mestinon, Azathioprine, Prednisone & Immune Globulin IV treatments every 4 weeks for two for the last 20 years. This combination has took me from walking 500 feet and falling down and not being able to get up by myself to being able to hold a fulltime job and live a somewhat “normal” life enjoying some physical activities (requires lots of rests during these) like Skiing, biking & hiking. Something I thought I would never be able to do again.
