My wife of 46 years was recently diagnosed with MG. Within less than 2 months, she went from ocular MG to regular MG, with considerable weakness in her neck and arms, along with difficulty swallowing and double vision. I have to say that we are very scared. She is taking time-release Mestinon 3x a day which helps a bit.
