70 year old married female who had ocular MG treated with 60 mg Pyridostigmine Bromide for 2 years and then went into remission for 5 years. Flared up as MG Generalized in May. Now being treated with Mycophenolate, 60 mg of Pyridostigmine, and 4 days of IVIg monthly for 6 months. Much better but still have daily fatigue and shortness of breath. Voice is altered when fatigue sets in.
