Initially identified by a doctor on a rehabilitation unit in September 2017; visible symptom was left eye drooping. Treated with high dose of prednisone, IV infusions, Pyrostigmine and Mycophenolate. Only thing that worked was high dose of Mycophenolate and low dose of prednisone. Discovered that many physical symptoms were caused by illness. My fatigue has decreased significantly; still have some drooping of eye, weakness and difficulty swallowing food and meds. But symptoms are more pronounced when I don’t take care of myself and rest.
