One sided weakness in dominant arm?

About three years ago, I suffered a nerve injury to my dominant hand that required surgery and months of immobilization. Shortly afterward, I developed double vision and a droopy eyelid, was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis, and was treated with Mestinon and prednisone until the eye symptoms completely resolved. Ever since, I’ve had persistent weakness almost exclusively in my left arm—especially my tricep—with very little improvement despite years of lifting experience, physical therapy, and electrical stimulation. Has anyone with MG experienced long-term, mostly one-sided weakness like this even after their ocular symptoms disappeared, or does this sound like something else I should be investigating? I have 10+ years of fitness and bodybuilding experience so the fact that even 1 push up or pull up is near impossible is confusing to me
