MG forces these tiny, constant adjustments — the kind you don’t notice until you realize your whole routine has shifted.

What’s one thing you’ve changed at home, work, or in your daily rhythm that made life easier?

Ya never know how your “silly adaptation” might help someone else in a big way.

There are some changes I have made which are very helpful, maybe this can help somebody. I have bought an iRobot for my 1st floor and 2nd floor. They automatically upload the dirt and you only change the vacuum bag when they’re filled. I never use my regular vacuum any more. I bought a Swiffer Wet Jet. I have a rather small kitchen. I sweep the tile floor and then use the Swiffer jet to wash the floor. I have a wooden floor in the dining room and living room and use the jet after the iRobot is finished vacuuming. I have a real problem with fatigue and this really helps. Now for the little things. My washer and dryer are in the basement. I stopped using a laundry basket and now use the large

here is the rest of it…….I purchased large reusable bags you can buy at Boscovs, Macys, etc. for about $1.25. I can fill my dirty laundry, it has great handles. I can drag it down the steps to the laundry room, no problem. Then take the clean laundry back up. In the kitchen I moved the trash can closer to the sink and stove so I don’t have to walk back and forth when cooking. Also, put the paper towels on the sink counter. Use the crock pot whenever I can because I have more energy in the morning and in the afternoon when I am exhausted, I don’t have to cook. Also, I do use delivery of groceries most of the time. In the bathroom I clean the toilet with the Clorox wand. It is convenient, you click a little disk onto the wand, clean the toilet bowl and just click the disk into the trash can. I try to dust or clean the rest of the house one room a day if I am up to it. This is such a touch disease. I hope I came up with some ideas that help.

    God bless
