  • What tools help you track MG symptoms more effectively?

Tracking MG symptoms can feel overwhelming, especially when they shift hour-to-hour. But having a record — even a simple one — can make medical appointments easier and help you advocate for yourself.

I’ve learned that tracking doesn’t have to be perfect. Sometimes it’s a few notes in my phone. Sometimes it’s voice memos. Sometimes it’s a quick “today was a 4/10” rating. The point isn’t precision — it’s clarity.

What tracking methods have helped you communicate your symptoms more effectively?

Do you use apps, journals, notes, or something else entirely?

I’m hoping someone will chime in here as I really need to find a journal app that is useful. Havent tried any yet

I have found an old-fashioned journal is easiest for me, but it doesn’t really allow for symptom tracking comparison. I think it is difficult to track with a canned app simply because it is so different for everyone. I know my subtle symptoms don’t register with MG-ADL, but they are there and matter in my opinion.

Thanks for responding. I think I’m going to start with a paper journal for now. . .
