I have had GMG over 20 years and it has been under control using imuran. I have also been getting vyvgart infusions bi weekly as part of the trials. Now I have been diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer and am very concerned. I am scheduled to start 6 months of chemotherapy next week, followed by surgery to remove my pancreas and surrounding organs (the whipple procedure). Has anyone got any info on this on a myasthenic? It seems to me that I will be in high risk of myasthenic crisis from both the chemo and surgery. Anybody been on chemotherapy or major surgery with Generalized MG? Any help and encouragement will be appreciated.
