How do you communicate your social life limitations as someone with MG?
Social life with MG can be complicated. You want connection, but your body has limits — and those limits don’t always line up with your social plans.
I’ve had to learn how to say, “I want to be there, but my body can’t do it today,” without drowning in guilt. It’s not easy. But it’s honest. And honesty builds better relationships than pushing yourself past your limits ever could.
